The call of the minister of love is God’s calling to serve and to carry on the work of God’s salvation in this world. The aim of this study is to know the meaning of the minister calling, form of love service, the implementation of love services in the early congregation of the Helefanikha church. In this study, the researcher employed qualitative methods through observation of participation, interviews and literature studies. The data collected is analyzed in a descriptive way through three stages of data reduction, data presentation and deduction drawing.
The finding of the research are, First: the calling of a minister of love in the AMIN of the Helefanikha congregation means as calling to serve God inside and outside of the church through giving an aid as grocery to the victim of natural disasters and people with disability. Second, the requirement of becoming a minister of love in the AMIN of the Helefanikha church is that of having been a congregation for at least 21 years, having received and also being Satua Niha Keriso (sintua) and most of all been willing been willing to give of your time, energy and material to ministry of love. Third, The obligation of the minister of love at the AMIN Helefanika congregation is to maintain and to empower church members who are the victims of natural disasters, sick, grieving, poor, widows, orphans and the needy by home visitation, providing some funds, training and upgrading the skill.
